Salary: $151,351 – $378,378 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to enterprise utilization.
- Win 20 new enterprise customers per year after ramp-up.
- Organize and manage POC implementations for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with product teams to influence the enterprise roadmap.
- Engage stakeholders at all levels, from individual developers to CTOs.
- Contribute to the dbt open source community and internal sales processes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of closing experience in technology sales with a proven track record.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into consultative sales strategies.
- Strong communication skills for engaging diverse technical and executive stakeholders.
- Experience managing long, intricate sales cycles involving multiple client teams.
- Must be based in the United States with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SQL or a strong willingness to learn.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in analytics, ETL, BI, or open-source software.
- Direct knowledge or prior experience with dbt.
