Location: Must be based in the United States (Massachusetts)

Salary: $151,351 – $378,378 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to enterprise utilization.
  • Win 20 new enterprise customers per year after ramp-up.
  • Organize and manage POC implementations for enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with product teams to influence the enterprise roadmap.
  • Engage stakeholders at all levels, from individual developers to CTOs.
  • Contribute to the dbt open source community and internal sales processes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of closing experience in technology sales with a proven track record.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into consultative sales strategies.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging diverse technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience managing long, intricate sales cycles involving multiple client teams.
  • Must be based in the United States with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with SQL or a strong willingness to learn.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in analytics, ETL, BI, or open-source software.
  • Direct knowledge or prior experience with dbt.
