Salary: $190,000 – $249,375

What you will do
- Recruit, coach, and motivate a robust team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth.
- Influence go-to-market strategy specifically for top-tier financial services companies.
- Guide Account Executives through complex legal and commercial negotiations.
- Build cross-functional relationships with internal support teams and technical partners.
- Develop strategic territory plans to ensure consistent forecasting and target achievement.
- Foster a culture aligned with core values and promote diversity and inclusivity.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience selling Cloud Solutions, Infrastructure Software, or Analytic Tools.
- 10+ years of experience managing sales teams.
- Proven track record of selling to the Financial Services industry.
- Experience selling to C-level executives including CEOs, CTOs, and Heads of Product/Engineering.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- BA/BS degree required.
