Compensation: $103,000–$134,000 + commissions

What you will do

  • Independently source and qualify new accounts through outbound outreach and network activation.
  • Execute full-cycle deals including discovery, product walkthroughs, and contract negotiations.
  • Engage technical stakeholders on deliverability, authentication standards, and infrastructure fit.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales and onboarding teams to ensure successful client transitions.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate pipeline forecasting.
  • Represent the brand at industry events to build market recognition.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of B2B sales experience specifically within the email industry (ESP or martech).
  • Proven ability to independently generate pipeline and close deals without dedicated support.
  • Deep expertise in email infrastructure, authentication standards, and consultative selling.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
