What you will do

  • Generate new revenue by selling hirify.global transaction tax solutions within a defined territory.
  • Develop and execute GTM plans, territory strategies, and outbound campaigns to open new logos.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
  • Engage senior decision-makers across Finance, Tax, IT, Procurement, and C-suite audiences.
  • Use value-based selling to uncover customer pain points and build compelling business cases.
  • Build strategic relationships with prospects, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive growth.

Requirements

  • Proven enterprise SaaS sales experience selling complex solutions, ideally in tax, finance, or ERP.
  • Hunter mentality with a demonstrated ability to self-generate pipeline and consistently attain quota.
  • Strong GTM execution capability, including account planning and outbound prospecting.
  • Executive-level communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Must be based in Germany.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent demonstrable work experience.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of hirify.global or comparable transaction tax, ERP, or compliance software.
