What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead engagement and outbound prospecting to closing and expansion.
  • Execute territory and account plans to ensure consistent pipeline generation and quota attainment.
  • Conduct structured discovery to translate customer pain points into measurable business outcomes.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and ROI-driven business cases to decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with BDRs, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success for seamless onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 4 years tenure in one company.
  • Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas in a full-cycle closing role.
  • Expertise in value-based discovery, commercial alignment (ROI), and executive-level positioning.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce and Avoma.
  • Ability to travel for onsite customer visits and industry events.
