What you will do

• Assist with the governance of collaboration platforms including M365, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Analyze governance and resilience reports and develop Power BI dashboards for leadership.
• Support the administration of Information Governance and Business Resilience frameworks and standards.
• Coordinate policy reviews, control assessments, and remediation monitoring.
• Maintain documentation libraries and evidence repositories for compliance activities.
• Prepare governance committee materials and executive presentations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree with no prior experience OR High School Diploma with 2+ years of operations experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Technical knowledge of dashboarding and reporting tools like Power BI.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team environment.
