What you will do

• Identify and execute process improvements to enhance resource management and operational workflows.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on utilization, capacity, forecasting, and pipeline needs.
• Partner with department heads and project teams to ensure clarity on engagement status and delivery capacity.
• Manage end-to-end operational tasks including Sales-to-Delivery handoff, project setup in Certinia PSA, and project closeout.
• Monitor adherence to delivery processes, ensuring accurate time-tracking and compliance with project standards.
• Own weekly and monthly reporting cadences, proactively identifying staffing risks and trends for leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business operations, resource management, or staffing.
• Proficiency with Certinia PSA and Salesforce for operational reporting and forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in utilization metrics and capacity calculations.
• Ability to work with Power BI and adapt to new reporting technologies.
• Must be based in Argentina; no visa sponsorship available.

Nice to have

• Experience developing templates and standards for project setup and compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Knowledge of project delivery workflows and operational project lifecycles.
• Experience using GenAI tools for data analysis and decision-making support.
