Operations Analyst

Operations Analyst: Supporting end-to-end service delivery workflows, including project setup, resource staffing, and forecasting with an accent on data accuracy and operational efficiency. Focus on partnering with cross-functional leadership to drive project success through detailed reporting and process optimization.

What you will do
- Identify and execute process improvements to enhance resource management and operational workflows.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on utilization, capacity, forecasting, and pipeline needs.
- Partner with department heads and project teams to ensure clarity on engagement status and delivery capacity.
- Manage end-to-end operational tasks including Sales-to-Delivery handoff, project setup in Certinia PSA, and project closeout.
- Monitor adherence to delivery processes, ensuring accurate time-tracking and compliance with project standards.
- Own weekly and monthly reporting cadences, proactively identifying staffing risks and trends for leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business operations, resource management, or staffing.
- Proficiency with Certinia PSA and Salesforce for operational reporting and forecasting.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in utilization metrics and capacity calculations.
- Ability to work with Power BI and adapt to new reporting technologies.
- Must be based in Argentina; no visa sponsorship available.
Nice to have
- Experience developing templates and standards for project setup and compliance.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Knowledge of project delivery workflows and operational project lifecycles.
- Experience using GenAI tools for data analysis and decision-making support.
