Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Clayton, MO (Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days remote)

Compensation: $71,300 - $124,500 USD

What you will do

• Manage audit and compliance workflows from intake through resolution.
• Serve as a liaison for external audits and support annual accounting audit cycles.
• Drive standardization of compliance processes and controls to increase audit readiness.
• Execute business unit-specific privacy tasks and coordinate incident management events.
• Conduct complaint research and prepare summaries for leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve documentation accuracy and internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Accounting, Operations, Compliance, or related field).
• 5+ years of experience in audit support, compliance operations, or business analysis.
• Hands-on experience with process mapping tools like Visio, Lucid, or Smartsheet.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and stakeholder influence.
• Must be able to work onsite in Clayton, MO as required by the hybrid schedule and recruitment process.

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
• Certifications: Six Sigma, PMP, or Internal Controls/Compliance.
• Experience with JIRA.
