What you will do

• Provide first-line oversight through independent review and risk assessment for Advised Sales.
• Review and challenge business processes and controls to ensure alignment with regulatory and Group requirements.
• Deliver independent assurance on advice policies, conduct standards, and financial crime controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage complaints, conduct risk events, and customer outcome issues.
• Analyze customer outcomes and adviser activity to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee the effectiveness of Quality Assurance and Training & Competence frameworks.

Requirements

• QCF Level 4 Diploma qualification.
• Strong understanding of FCA advice requirements and the wider regulatory environment.
• Experience with risk management frameworks and governance principles in financial services.
• Knowledge of retirement and wealth products and associated risks.
• Proven experience applying regulatory requirements in a practical business environment.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Cardiff for hybrid work.
