Salary: $172,550 – $203,000

What you will do
- Design and deliver reliable, high-quality product experiences for patient acquisition and registration flows.
- Own projects end-to-end, partnering with Product, Design, and Analytics to run experiments and iterate based on data.
- Build and evolve systems for scale, optimizing for performance, correctness, and resilience.
- Act as a technical leader by mentoring junior engineers and modeling strong ownership.
- Participate in structured code reviews, technical documentation, and pairing sessions.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate product velocity while managing technical risks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering building and scaling production-ready web applications.
- Strong competency in API design, data modeling, and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in modern full-stack frameworks with a lean toward either frontend or backend complexity.
- Proven history of owning technical initiatives and navigating engineering tradeoffs.
- Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
- Experience with modern AI-assisted development tooling.
Nice to have
- Experience in a high-growth startup or healthcare tech sector.
- Familiarity with data-intensive pipelines, metric capture, or system integrations.
- Exposure to cloud environments, CI/CD, and observability suites.
- Comfortable operating in an on-call rotation framework.
