What you will do
- Develop internal tools and automations to make support scalable, fast, and accurate.
- Create AI-assisted workflows to deflect, triage, and resolve developer issues more efficiently.
- Ship product and DX improvements to eliminate recurring support pain at the source.
- Translate recurring support challenges into engineering solutions for the entire team.
- Work closely with developer problems to bridge the gap between support and product development.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer.
- Experience building internal tools, automations, or developer-facing systems.
- Must already be authorized to work in the US or eligible remote-hire regions (no visa sponsorship provided).
- Strong mindset regarding leverage and system-based time savings.
- Ability to move fast, ship, measure, and iterate rapidly.
Nice to have
- Experience building production-grade LLM applications (prompt engineering, tool use, inference pipelines).
- Experience with support or DX tooling.
