Salary: $100,000 – $195,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable systems within a product area.
• Build and optimize continuous delivery pipelines to improve deployment speed and reliability.
• Partner with product and design teams to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve technical challenges, dependencies, and integration issues.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and design discussions.
• Evaluate and adopt new tools, including AI tooling, to improve team outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and able to work Eastern Standard Time hours.
• Deep fluency in TypeScript for API services and full-stack web applications.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven ability to make informed tradeoffs regarding scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD automation.
• Effective communication skills to influence decisions and explain complex concepts.
