What you will do

• Build AI-powered workflows and internal tools to automate prospecting and improve pipeline velocity.
• Own the full product lifecycle from initial prototyping to production and maintenance.
• Partner with Sales, Technical Success, and Revenue Operations to identify and solve high-leverage business problems.
• Develop internal web applications and AI-driven agents using Python, TypeScript, and SQL.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and AI platforms using a "build vs. buy" framework.
• Translate GTM learnings into feedback for product and research teams to guide broader development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience focusing on full-stack applications.
• Experience as a former founder or early engineer at a startup (0–50 employees).
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Node.js, and SQL.
• Knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or workflow automation tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Strong ability to communicate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience with GTM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Workato, or n8n.
• Familiarity with modern data stack tools like Snowflake or dbt.
