Salary: $165,000–$210,000

What you will do
- Develop full-stack components using Ruby and TypeScript/React.
- Build and evaluate agentic workflows to streamline the software development lifecycle.
- Enhance platform observability, monitoring, and reliability standards.
- Partner with product teams to identify and implement high-leverage technical solutions.
- Steer architectural direction to ensure cohesive and consolidated standards.
- Advise on best practices for service maintenance and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Must reside in the U.S. and be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
- Strong full-stack experience in modern languages (Python, Ruby, or Go) with a willingness to work in Ruby.
- Experience in fast-paced, 0-to-1 startup environments.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI-powered coding tools.
- Strong communication skills to drive cross-functional alignment.
Nice to have
- Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7).
- Proven track record of shipping agentic LLM workflows to production.
- Experience with AWS infrastructure and Terraform.
- Background as a technical lead working with product and design teams.
