What you will do

• Develop full-stack components using Ruby and TypeScript/React.
• Build and evaluate agentic workflows to streamline the software development lifecycle.
• Enhance platform observability, monitoring, and reliability standards.
• Partner with product teams to identify and implement high-leverage technical solutions.
• Steer architectural direction to ensure cohesive and consolidated standards.
• Advise on best practices for service maintenance and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Must reside in the U.S. and be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Strong full-stack experience in modern languages (Python, Ruby, or Go) with a willingness to work in Ruby.
• Experience in fast-paced, 0-to-1 startup environments.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI-powered coding tools.
• Strong communication skills to drive cross-functional alignment.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7).
• Proven track record of shipping agentic LLM workflows to production.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure and Terraform.
• Background as a technical lead working with product and design teams.
