Salary: $120,000 - $141,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead R&D projects from initiation through product launch, managing multiple simultaneous initiatives.
• Coordinate tasks across functional areas to ensure efficient project execution and alignment.
• Drive team and leadership decisions to achieve company goals and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure compliance with product development processes and manage design history files.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets with minimal leadership oversight.
• Suggest improvements to project management tools and internal workflows to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience managing projects within a regulated environment, preferably medical.
• Thorough knowledge of project management tools and risk management techniques.
• Working knowledge of design control processes and design transfer activities.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex technical concepts to stakeholders.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or equivalent.
