hirify.global is a growing organization currently expanding its marketing function and demand generation capabilities.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute paid media strategy across Google, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels.
  • Manage and optimize paid search and social campaigns directly on a day-to-day basis.
  • Own quarterly media planning, budget allocation, and performance forecasting.
  • Partner with creative teams to drive landing page strategy and conversion rate optimization.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to validate lead quality and refine targeting based on conversion data.
  • Establish attribution tracking and provide transparent performance reporting to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience with deep hands-on expertise in paid search and social.
  • Proven track record of building performance marketing programs from the ground up.
  • Current, deep knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn platform algorithms and bidding strategies.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms and CRM integration.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve conversion blockers.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present clearly to senior leadership.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to small and mid-sized businesses or D2C audiences.
  • Experience with fast, self-serve conversion paths.
