What you will do

  • Own demand generation and pipeline impact, designing programs for both high-velocity and enterprise deals.
  • Act as a player-coach, executing paid media, lifecycle marketing, and ABM while mentoring the marketing team.
  • Scale the demand engine by designing repeatable multi-channel programs and balancing short-term needs with long-term investments.
  • Optimize website strategy, conversion rates, and sophisticated email nurture programs.
  • Lead an integrated events strategy to drive pipeline creation and acceleration.
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps to align on ICPs, funnel definitions, and forecasting.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a track record of driving revenue in sales-led organizations.
  • Proven experience partnering with Sales leadership on account strategy and funnel health.
  • Hands-on expertise in demand generation, paid acquisition, and ROI analysis.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and build systems from scratch.
  • Analytical mindset focused on pipeline, revenue impact, CAC, and payback.
  • Must be available to work across EST or UK timezones.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to technical audiences such as developers, scientists, or data engineers.
  • Background in open source, developer tools, data infrastructure, or life sciences software.
  • Exposure to sales-led or hybrid GTM models.
