TL;DR
Sr. Director, Integrated & Brand Marketing (SaaS): Defining and scaling brand presence, market perception, and top-of-funnel demand creation strategy with an accent on AI-driven discovery and narrative coherence. Focus on managing large-scale marketing investments, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring consistent messaging across the customer journey.
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Utah for a hybrid role

What you will do
- Own brand positioning, messaging architecture, and visual identity across all channels.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness and demand generation.
- Manage media planning and investment strategy, overseeing up to $20M in annual marketing spend.
- Lead enterprise content marketing and thought leadership initiatives to strengthen market credibility.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Executive Leadership to align brand strategy with product value propositions.
- Manage external agency relationships and hold partners accountable for measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in brand or integrated marketing leadership.
- Proven experience scaling B2B SaaS or growth-stage technology brands.
- Demonstrated AI fluency with a track record of using AI tools to elevate campaign development and audience research.
- Experience managing large-scale marketing investments exceeding $15M annually.
- Meaningful direct experience working within an advertising or media agency.
- Must be able to pass a background and credit check.

- Experience within HCM, HR technology, or workforce management industries.
- Experience leading global or multi-region brand initiatives.
- Experience with sponsorship portfolio management and major event marketing.
- Experience presenting to executive leadership teams or boards of directors.
