What you will do
- Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Reddit.
- Drive organic growth and demand generation through content strategy and social media engagement.
- Conduct structured A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Implement and manage tracking workflows using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and revenue-focused reporting.
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with a proven track record in B2B lead generation.
- Must be based in Brazil, Mexico, Costa Rica, or Colombia with availability for U.S. Time Zones.
- Expertise in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong proficiency in GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to independently launch, optimize, and scale campaigns.
- Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on conversion-oriented messaging.
Nice to have
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo.
- Organic social media growth experience.
- Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Google Ads or Meta certifications.
