What you will do

  • Define and execute the global paid acquisition strategy across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads to drive qualified inbound demand.
  • Own website strategy, governance, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve user journeys across the full funnel.
  • Scale global organic traffic through SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), focusing on visibility in AI-powered search.
  • Develop digital reporting, attribution frameworks, and performance dashboards to provide actionable growth insights.
  • Manage relationships and budgets for external digital agencies, ensuring clear KPIs and accountability.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B digital, demand generation, or performance marketing, preferably in SaaS or tech.
  • Demonstrated track record of converting digital channels into measurable business impact.
  • Experience building AI-powered workflows to optimize digital growth engines.
  • Hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and Google Ads.
  • Strong experience managing external agency partners and specialist vendors.
