What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of customer and partner technical integrations.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects from kickoff through successful implementation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams to drive integration outcomes.
• Translate technical requirements into actionable project plans and data mapping documents.
• Facilitate communication between external partners and internal technical teams.
• Continuously improve implementation processes to ensure quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participation required).
• 2+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Product Management, or Solutions Engineering.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication (OAuth, API keys).
• Proficiency with data formats including JSON, XML, CSV, and SFTP.
• Ability to read API documentation and discuss technical solutions with engineers.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects with strong organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Healthcare technology or EHR integration experience.
• Experience working with enterprise SaaS products.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
• SQL or basic database knowledge.
