What you will do
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of customer and partner technical integrations.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects from kickoff through successful implementation.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams to drive integration outcomes.
- Translate technical requirements into actionable project plans and data mapping documents.
- Facilitate communication between external partners and internal technical teams.
- Continuously improve implementation processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participation required).
- 2+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Product Management, or Solutions Engineering.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication (OAuth, API keys).
- Proficiency with data formats including JSON, XML, CSV, and SFTP.
- Ability to read API documentation and discuss technical solutions with engineers.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects with strong organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Healthcare technology or EHR integration experience.
- Experience working with enterprise SaaS products.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
- SQL or basic database knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or computer science.
