Salary: $102,000 - $127,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project management for technology and software implementations, including planning, execution, and closing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish deliverables.
• Act as the primary point of contact for 3rd party vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, risk registers, and change control logs.
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate status, milestones, and dependencies to the Internal Center of Excellence committee.
• Monitor project budgets and resource allocation while promoting process and system enhancements.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Salesforce implementation and integration.
• Experience managing Agile teams acting as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.
• Proficiency in using and administering Atlassian products, including Jira and Confluence.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada on the first day of employment (Visa sponsorship is not available).
• Must be based in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, or Ontario.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (CPQ, ServiceCloud, AppBuilder, Agentforce).
• Professional certifications such as PMI-PMP or CSM (ScrumAlliance).
• Experience with technologies like NetSuite, Boomi, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry.
