TL;DR
Entertainment Coordinator (Administration): Providing comprehensive administrative support to creative executives in Current Programming with an accent on scheduling, production coordination, and office liaison duties. Focus on managing high-volume workflows, maintaining production databases, and facilitating communication across internal and external creative partners.
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Universal City, California (Hybrid: 4 days per week in-office required).
Salary: $56,000–$60,000 yearly.

What you will do
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and daily administrative tasks.
- Maintain databases for staffing submissions, production schedules, and material delivery.
- Coordinate conference calls, meetings, and table reads for series in production.
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and administrative gaps.
- Facilitate communication between internal departments and external creative partners.
- Conduct industry research and track trends, formats, and talent.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an assistant capacity within a studio, network, agency, or production company.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Adobe.
- Strong organizational and time management skills for a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interface professionally with all levels of staff and the creative community.
- Must be able to work on-site in Universal City, CA at least 4 days per week.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of TV development and current programming processes.
- Experience with Final Draft.
- Willingness to read and write coverage for creative submissions.
