What you will do

• Manage heavy phone volume, complex meeting schedules, and travel arrangements for the Agent.
• Coordinate logistics for events and manage communication with clients, managers, and record labels.
• Draft and organize promotional materials, including blurbs and audio files for artist marketing.
• Track all client contracts and event deposits to ensure administrative accuracy.
• Research internal and external talent for potential project opportunities.
• Prepare expense reports and handle special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
