What you will do

• Prepare, review, and approve weekly multi-currency payment runs and bank reconciliations.
• Manage month-end close tasks, including cost accruals and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Perform AP subledger clean-up and resolve vendor/buyer queries.
• Support P&L reviews, cost analysis, and internal/external audits.
• Deploy AI tools to optimize efficiency and accuracy in AP processes.
• Contribute to finance projects and system initiatives while maintaining KPIs and SLAs.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting, specifically in controlling or P2P.
• Fluent in English (professional working proficiency).
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Ability to work effectively with international, cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must be based within commuting distance of Barcelona or willing to relocate.
