What you will do

• Manage payroll operations for 50+ contractors across multiple currencies, including FX conversions and crypto processing.
• Handle invoice validation, vendor management, and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Perform reconciliations, month-end closing activities, and support financial report preparation.
• Support budgeting processes and perform budget vs actual analysis.
• Ensure accounting compliance, support VAT/tax processes, and coordinate with auditors.
• Drive accounting process improvements and strengthen internal financial controls.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of IFRS/GAAP, statutory reporting, and corporate tax principles.
• Hands-on experience with accounting platforms and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with multi-currency accounting and FX transactions.
• Previous experience working in the fintech industry.
• English: B2 level required.
• Russian: C1 level required.
