Marketing Generalist (AI)

Location: Remote US; travel up to 10% annually may be required, with possible on-site interviews or in-person onboarding.

Salary: $106,200–$132,750 per year plus equity.

What you will do

• Plan and execute marketing events from logistics through post-event wrap-up.
• Support marketing and demand generation campaigns and programs.
• Coordinate marketing assets, reporting, and day-to-day administrative needs.
• Track marketing projects, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with partner marketing, design, product marketing, and demand generation.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple teams.
• Proactive, resourceful mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to travel up to 10% annually as required by the role.

Nice to have

• Experience with marketing or project management tools such as Asana, HubSpot, or Notion.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or technology.
