Consumer Services Coordinator

Location: East Aurora, New York, United States; onsite at the Fisher-Price location

Salary: USD $20–$24 per hour

What you will do

• Respond to Tier 1 agent-escalated consumer contacts and resolve issues according to service guidelines.
• Answer Tier 1 agent inquiries and provide the knowledge needed for appropriate consumer responses.
• Handle worldwide safety-related contacts, including contacts received through social media.
• Collaborate with the QA team to review consumer calls and provide feedback to agents.
• Ensure orders are processed promptly and follow up with consumers on outstanding issues.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in business or a related field.
• Experience in customer support; call center experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify trends.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet quality performance goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and PC systems; Salesforce experience is an asset.
