Customer Service Representative

What you will do

• Welcome guests, check in students, assist with scheduling, and answer in-person, chat, and phone inquiries.
• Maintain accurate student and class records through data entry and CRM administration.
• Support the Site Manager with instructor schedule confirmations, attendance records, inventory counts, cash reconciliation, and operational reporting.
• Prepare classrooms and materials, provide basic technology support, and keep the facility clean, stocked, and maintained.
• Assist students with licensing applications and provide ongoing support and encouragement.
• Participate in expos, fairs, student engagement activities, and other special projects, including occasional nights, weekends, and overtime.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic CRM experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills, a pleasant demeanor, tactfulness, and responsiveness.
• Ability to multitask, apply critical thinking, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift boxes up to 40 pounds and set up, break down, and move tables and chairs for events.
