Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 + Equity & Bonus

What you will do

• Execute full-cycle recruiting for both technical (engineering, product) and non-technical (GTM, operations) roles.
• Collaborate with founders and leadership to align on hiring roadmaps and execute prioritized headcount plans.
• Refine structured interview processes, calibration frameworks, and decision-making systems.
• Source and engage top-tier talent through outbound outreach, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Leverage recruiting metrics and dashboards to track pipeline health and optimize time-to-hire.
• Train and support hiring managers with structured interview frameworks and objective evaluation techniques.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technology startup environments.
• Proven ability to identify, engage, and close exceptional candidates across technical and non-technical disciplines.
• Strong judgment regarding culture add, role fit, and long-term potential.
• Comfort partnering closely with executives and functional leaders.
• Must be willing to collaborate in person with the team in Palo Alto.

• Experience working in an early-stage startup during a rapid growth phase.
• Strong pre-existing network within engineering, product, or GTM talent ecosystems.
