What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of data products, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
• Prioritize and refine the product backlog while tracking metrics like velocity and lead time.
• Lead and coach cross-functional teams in Agile engineering best practices.
• Act as the primary bridge between execution teams and enterprise stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance and security standards.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Delivery Lead, Agile Delivery Manager, or Technical Project Manager.
• Proven experience delivering data-centric projects (ETL, Data Warehousing, BI, or ML).
• Deep expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) within enterprise settings.
• High proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Secret level security clearance.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, or AWS/Azure/GCP data services.
