What you will do
- Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for key life sciences clients, building trusted advisor relationships.
- Lead end-to-end engagement and project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, quality, and budgets are achieved.
- Manage client expectations through proactive communication, executive presentations, and timely risk resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, infrastructure, and digital to ensure seamless execution.
- Drive project governance, sprint planning, resource allocation, and adherence to compliance standards.
- Monitor project financials and identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and process improvements.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience in Client Engagement, Account Management, or Program/Project Management within the life sciences industry.
- Bachelor's and Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing large-scale client engagements and onsite-offshore delivery models.
- Expertise in project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in project budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management.
- Must be based in the US to serve as the primary onsite contact.

- Experience working with global pharmaceutical or biotechnology clients.
