What you will do

  • Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for key life sciences clients, building trusted advisor relationships.
  • Lead end-to-end engagement and project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, quality, and budgets are achieved.
  • Manage client expectations through proactive communication, executive presentations, and timely risk resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, infrastructure, and digital to ensure seamless execution.
  • Drive project governance, sprint planning, resource allocation, and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Monitor project financials and identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 10–12 years of experience in Client Engagement, Account Management, or Program/Project Management within the life sciences industry.
  • Bachelor's and Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale client engagements and onsite-offshore delivery models.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in project budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management.
  • Must be based in the US to serve as the primary onsite contact.

Nice to have

  • MBA degree.
  • Experience working with global pharmaceutical or biotechnology clients.
