What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams including R&D, Operations, and Marketing to deliver programs aligned with business objectives.
• Define, plan, and execute program roadmaps from concept definition to production ramp-up.
• Manage program budgets, schedules, and performance metrics to meet margin and revenue targets.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans to ensure transparent stakeholder communication.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices and organizational efficiency.
• Collaborate with marketing and customers to support product definition for emerging electrification applications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Program or Project Management within the semiconductor industry, specifically in NPI.
• Solid understanding of IC development flows including design, validation, and industrialization.
• Strong ability to influence and align stakeholders within a complex matrix organization.
• Demonstrated skills in planning, risk management, and problem-solving.
• Fluent in English required.
• High level of ownership and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
