TL;DR
Program Manager (HR IT): Leading the HR IT transformation through Workday HCM deployment and the future expansion into Finance IT applications with an accent on multi-country delivery, data quality, governance, and change management. Focus on coordinating integrators and business stakeholders, managing cross-program dependencies, and building the long-term HR and Finance IT roadmap.
Location: Hybrid work with locations in France and Lisbon, Portugal; 60% remote work per year.
Compensation includes a meal allowance of €10.20 per worked day and transport reimbursement of up to €40 per month, alongside fixed and variable salary.

What you will do
- Lead Workday HCM deployment milestones, including configuration, testing, data migration, go-live, and hypercare.
- Coordinate Workday integrators and internal HR, Finance, IT, Data, and AI teams.
- Manage cross-program dependencies, risks, budgets, planning, documentation, and stakeholder escalations.
- Facilitate steering committees and provide regular status reporting to senior sponsors.
- Support super-user networks, country-level adoption plans, training coverage, and post-go-live satisfaction.
- From 2027, expand the scope to Workday Finance & Billing, Kyriba, HR application rationalization, and the multi-year HR and Finance IT roadmap.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in IT program or project management.
- Experience working across HR business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Structured communication skills and the ability to report to senior sponsors.
- Experience delivering multi-country programs.
- Fluent English is required; French is an advantage.
- Willingness to grow the role’s scope across HR and Finance IT.
Nice to have
- Hands-on Workday HCM deployment experience as a program manager or functional lead.
- Experience with Workday Financials, Billing, or related Finance IT solutions.
- Knowledge of HR data flows, payroll connectors, ATS, time management, and HRIS integrations.
- Professional services or consulting experience.
- Agile or hybrid delivery experience.
