Focus on building pipeline through outreach and demand generation, qualifying opportunities, and using AI-enabled tools to improve account research, outreach personalization, and forecast accuracy.

What you will do

  • Design and execute a territory plan targeting greenfield and whitespace opportunities across prospects and customers
  • Create demand generation via outreach and engagement, partnering with Marketing and Business Development to build pipeline
  • Win new logos and accelerate growth and profitability within existing customer accounts
  • Align customer outcomes to hirify.global solutions and communicate value to customer executives and partners
  • Maintain accurate revenue and progress visibility through territory and financial forecasts
  • Use AI-enabled, data-driven tools responsibly to sharpen account research, personalize outreach, summarize customer signals, and improve pipeline quality and forecasting

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of successful technology sales with a proven track record of attaining quotas
  • Understanding of technical problems in networking, security, cloud enablement, and multi-cloud, with ability to translate customer needs into hirify.global solutions
  • Strong discovery skills and experience efficiently navigating sales cycles to close business
  • Experience with formal sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC)
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with customer champions and engage decision-makers and economic buyers
  • Experience using AI tools and building AI-powered features (e.g., LLMs, agents, or RAG-based solutions)

Hiring process

  • First 90 days: onboarding, culture immersion, and mapping stakeholders and systems

  • By one year: own the domain, mentor newcomers, and steer the roadmap with data-driven ideas

Location: Sweden (Stockholm)

Salary: 463900.00–676170.00 SEK (initial range)
