What you will do
- Define and execute strategic sales plans for the assigned Nordics territory.
- Develop and manage a lead funnel through a combination of inbound and outbound activities.
- Convey the value proposition and product differentiators to key decision-makers.
- Forecast, meet, and exceed sales quotas using CRM and supporting tools.
- Collaborate with product, support, and sales engineering teams to improve the sales cycle.
- Analyze the competitive market and stay familiar with competing offerings.
Requirements
- Must be based in Sweden.
- 5+ years of Enterprise Sales experience.
- Domain expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps tooling, or CICD platforms.
- Strong track record of consistently overachieving sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to clients to support sales relationships.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS or Developer tools sales.
- Startup experience.
- Strong sales aptitude and fundamental understanding of the sales process.
- Tech-savvy business acumen to articulate value in complex environments.
