Location: Remote, must be based in Sweden

What you will do

  • Define and execute strategic sales plans for the assigned Nordics territory.
  • Develop and manage a lead funnel through a combination of inbound and outbound activities.
  • Convey the value proposition and product differentiators to key decision-makers.
  • Forecast, meet, and exceed sales quotas using CRM and supporting tools.
  • Collaborate with product, support, and sales engineering teams to improve the sales cycle.
  • Analyze the competitive market and stay familiar with competing offerings.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Sweden.
  • 5+ years of Enterprise Sales experience.
  • Domain expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps tooling, or CICD platforms.
  • Strong track record of consistently overachieving sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to clients to support sales relationships.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS or Developer tools sales.
  • Startup experience.
  • Strong sales aptitude and fundamental understanding of the sales process.
  • Tech-savvy business acumen to articulate value in complex environments.
