What you will do

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet annual turnover targets.
• Manage and expand customer relationships through closing deals, up-selling, and cross-selling.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding research feasibility, pricing, and proposals.
• Maintain accurate CRM reporting and provide regular weekly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with project managers to resolve customer issues and ensure high service levels.
• Represent the company at industry events to acquire market knowledge and expand the professional network.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Stockholm, Sweden.
• At least 6 years of overall work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of essential experience in Market Research.
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English is required.
• Strong academic background.
• Proven ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
