TL;DR

Location: Must be based onsite in Stockholm, Sweden

Salary: SEK 47,000 - 54,000 per month

What you will do

  • Partner with Strategic Key Account Managers to own the technical dimension of commercial conversations, security reviews, and procurement.
  • Lead enterprise onboarding and technical setup, including SSO, SCIM, domain control, and workspace architecture.
  • Engage with senior IT and security stakeholders to translate complex requirements into workable solutions.
  • Identify and resolve technical blockers that hinder adoption, expansion, or renewal of high-value accounts.
  • Analyze the commercial implications of technical decisions and communicate them to the account team.
  • Provide structured feedback on recurring technical challenges to the Product department to influence the roadmap.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Consulting, Pre-sales, or Implementation) at a SaaS company.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise IT environments, identity providers, SSO, SCIM, and security review processes.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to connect technical setup to account health and retention.
  • Ability to communicate with technical credibility to IT teams and business relevance to executives.
  • English: Professional level (C1) is required.
  • Location: Must be based onsite at the Stockholm HQ.
