What you will do

  • Manage full commercial ownership and revenue growth for DACH enterprise customers.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with global customers, primarily in the DACH market.
  • Drive up-sell and expansion opportunities by maintaining a strong pipeline.
  • Oversee renewals of ongoing agreements to minimize churn.
  • Utilize data to assess business opportunities and support customer decision-making.
  • Develop scalable strategies for customer expansion in collaboration with CSMs and SDRs.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German is required.
  • Professional-level English proficiency.
  • Previous experience in SaaS sales.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Ability to handle software contract terms and conditions.
  • Experience managing a large portfolio of customers against competitors.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Previous experience working within the DACH market.
