What you will do

  • Prospect and qualify potential customers within an assigned territory using various lead generation tools.
  • Develop corporate prospects through direct telephone selling and email outreach.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to identify potential customers and schedule presentations.
  • Maintain records and generate reports on all phases of sales activity and lead development.
  • Stay current on new products and services through continuous sales training and self-study.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and quarterly production goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SDR experience in a fast-paced, goal-oriented startup environment, ideally within Networking or Security.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quarterly sales quotas.
  • Ability to blend strategic thinking with tactical implementation.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Outreach, and other common SDR productivity tools.
  • Native Swedish speaker required.
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent higher education.
