Salary: $225K–$260K on target earnings (equity and commission)

What you will do

  • Generate 70%+ of your own pipeline via outbound calls, personalized email, and social selling.
  • Run a territory strategy targeting mid-sized, multi-location distributors.
  • Lead discovery with buying committees and connect hirify.global’s Order Engine to measurable ROI.
  • Run demos that create urgency and drive decisions through the full 90–150 day cycle.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and close $25K–$60K deals from first call to signed contract.
  • Hand off cleanly to Implementation and Customer Success, and share field insights with the Product team.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States
  • 3–5 years carrying a SaaS quota in mid-market or high-growth SMB with 3–5 month deal cycles you built (not inherited).
  • Proven outbound pipeline-building system (cold calling, email outreach, and social selling).
  • Experience navigating 3+ stakeholder buying committees and avoiding single-threaded risk.
  • Business fluency to explain how a $50K investment impacts a distributor’s bottom line.
  • Coachability with a track record of acting on feedback quickly.
