Salary: $225K–$260K on target earnings (equity and commission)

What you will do
- Generate 70%+ of your own pipeline via outbound calls, personalized email, and social selling.
- Run a territory strategy targeting mid-sized, multi-location distributors.
- Lead discovery with buying committees and connect ’s Order Engine to measurable ROI.
- Run demos that create urgency and drive decisions through the full 90–150 day cycle.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and close $25K–$60K deals from first call to signed contract.
- Hand off cleanly to Implementation and Customer Success, and share field insights with the Product team.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States
- 3–5 years carrying a SaaS quota in mid-market or high-growth SMB with 3–5 month deal cycles you built (not inherited).
- Proven outbound pipeline-building system (cold calling, email outreach, and social selling).
- Experience navigating 3+ stakeholder buying committees and avoiding single-threaded risk.
- Business fluency to explain how a $50K investment impacts a distributor’s bottom line.
- Coachability with a track record of acting on feedback quickly.
