TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Driving new business for the MidMarket vertical through outbound prospecting and lead qualification with an accent on cold-calling and pipeline management. Focus on connecting prospect business needs to service solutions and scheduling high-quality appointments for Account Executives.

Location: Must be based in or commutable to Allen, TX (Hybrid) or remote in AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, VA.

Compensation: $70,000 OTE ($55,000 base + $15,000 variable).

What you will do

  • Execute 65+ cold outbound calls daily to qualify potential church clients.
  • Manage and build a sales pipeline using Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Schedule 1-2 appointments per day for Account Executives with a high conversion rate.
  • Identify and communicate the value of streaming solutions to address prospect challenges.
  • Engage in social selling via platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet performance quotas and metrics.

Requirements

  • Must be based in one of the following states: AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, VA.
  • Must be available to work 8AM-5PM Central Time.
  • 1+ years of inside sales experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Mac OSX and Google Platforms.
  • High school diploma or equivalent degree.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with churches.
  • Familiarity with ABM go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Outreach.
  • BS/BA degree.
