Salary: $160,000 – $195,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Build and manage weekly forecasting processes, including pipeline hygiene, stage definitions, and CRM data integrity.
- Develop metrics dashboards and reports to provide GTM leadership with real-time views of pipeline health, win rates, and productivity.
- Scale outbound sales motions by building integrated tooling with Clay, Salesforce, and sales engagement platforms.
- Design the measurement architecture and operational layer to integrate Product-Led Growth (PLG) and sales-led engines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Data, and Product teams to define and execute strategic priorities.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or GTM Operations, preferably at a B2B SaaS company with a PLG motion.
- Experience building core sales operations processes (annual planning, forecasting, pipeline management) from the ground up.
- Proficiency with new AI tools to accelerate operational workflows.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Must be based in the United States.
- This position is generally not eligible for new visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Background in developer tooling, infrastructure, or cloud companies targeting Engineering personas.
- Experience supporting usage-based or consumption pricing models.
