Salary: $76,000 – $104,500

What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert on pricing models and variables influencing win rates in the Employer Solution market.
• Translate complex pricing into simple, sellable structures and lead internal enablement.
• Develop quotes and proposal documents for prospects in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success.
• Provide strategic recommendations to streamline the quote-to-cash process.
• Partner with GTM leadership on deal structuring for new and renewing employers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance, or a quantitative discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, pricing, consulting, or business operations.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for forecasting, data analysis, and financial modeling.
• Strong communication skills to distill financial data into clear narratives for leadership and clients.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce.
• Background in B2B or B2B2C products and solutions.
• Experience in healthcare or benefits strategy.
