Billing Business Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, Washington

Salary: $70,000–$120,000 per year, depending on experience

What you will do

• Build customer relationships and conduct needs assessments to identify EHR requirements.
• Map customer billing workflows to the application and develop solutions for user requirements.
• Coordinate customer environment updates and test application environments.
• Develop and revise application design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.
• Create training materials and presentations, and conduct training sessions for new users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Experience in behavioral healthcare billing.
• Knowledge of customer and personal service principles.
• Strong analytical, complex problem-solving, judgment, decision-making, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Employment visa sponsorship is not available.
