What you will do

• Conduct needs assessments with customers to identify organizational EHR requirements and build strong relationships.
• Map customer billing workflows to software and develop creative solutions for user requirements.
• Coordinate and test application environment updates to ensure stable functionality.
• Develop and document new application design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.
• Create training presentations and materials to facilitate user onboarding and application learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or other related fields.
• Experience working in a billing environment within the behavioral healthcare industry.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and sharp attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Must have valid US work authorization (no visa sponsorship available).
