Salary: $92,000 - $120,000 annually

What you will do
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for strategic campaigns, retail initiatives, and one-off activations.
- Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring work remains on schedule and within budget.
- Act as the primary connective tissue between US marketing, influencer, PR, and events teams.
- Manage in-person events and retail moments on-site, overseeing setup, logistics, and vendor coordination.
- Generate regular reports for leadership on project health, risks, and results.
- Conduct post-launch reviews to capture learnings and optimize future execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in consumer tech or brand marketing.
- Founding-team mentality: comfortable with ambiguity and able to move projects forward with minimal oversight.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to translate between creative, strategic, and operational contexts.
- Fluency in English required.
- Must be based in New York or eligible to work remotely within the US.
