What you will do
- Guide integrated marketing campaign strategy that aligns with business goals and spans paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Own the end-to-end planning and execution of integrated campaigns from conceptual development to launch and post-campaign analysis.
- Partner with internal and agency creative teams to foster creative risk-taking for iconic work.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Product Marketing, GTM, Comms, and Global Affairs teams to maximize campaign impact.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in marketing and advertising agencies, with at least 3 years in an integrated or campaign-focused role
- Proven success managing cross-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, paid media, and events.
- Proficiency across traditional and digital marketing channels, including TV, OOH, social, and content.
- Strong ability to communicate and influence at an executive level, adapting messaging to different cultural contexts.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with the ability to pivot strategies based on market dynamics.
