Location: Remote (Continental US only). Hybrid options available in New York and SF Bay Area.

Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the product strategy and translate company growth plans into a clear, multi-quarter roadmap.
• Drive scalable development across the full retail stack, including consumer shopping, P2P marketplaces, and brand tooling.
• Act as the single owner of product prioritization, focusing on GMV, supply, demand, and brand margin.
• Explore and integrate AI and agentic capabilities to redefine product leverage and functionality.
• Partner closely with Engineering and Design to ensure tight sequencing and predictable delivery.
• Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing product team while raising the bar for quality and autonomy.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven track record as a Head of Product or equivalent, having owned product strategy and led teams.
• Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or marketplace environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with a habit of prioritizing toward business outcomes.
• AI-native product thinking and a willingness to rethink product ecosystems from scratch.
• Experience building complex, configurable, enterprise-facing platforms.
