What you will do
- Own product vision, roadmap, and OKRs for Acquisition and Capabilities squads in Advisors mission.
- Partner with Partnerships, Operations, and Marketing to build advisor experience and conversion funnel.
- Lead customer-focused development from ideation to execution, ensuring high quality and on-time delivery.
- Coach teams on customer-centric practices, analyze metrics, and plan iterative improvements.
- Advocate for technical roadmaps, balance debt, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Contribute to broader product strategy and processes.
Requirements
- Hybrid work in New York City office
- 3+ years product development leadership and 7+ years as product manager in tech.
- Experience leading cross-team initiatives, building 0-1 products, and scaling improvements.
- Proficient in growth analytics, experimentation, metrics, and data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving, user empathy, coaching, and partnership with sales/marketing.
- Background in technical products or computer science preferred; regulated domains like fintech/healthcare a plus.
Nice to have
- SQL, product analytics (Amplitude, Heap), feature flagging.
- AI tooling for daily use.
- CRM/RevOps (Salesforce, Customer.io).
