TL;DR

Salary: $210,000–$262,500 per year

What you will do

  • Own product vision, roadmap, and OKRs for Acquisition and Capabilities squads in Advisors mission.
  • Partner with Partnerships, Operations, and Marketing to build advisor experience and conversion funnel.
  • Lead customer-focused development from ideation to execution, ensuring high quality and on-time delivery.
  • Coach teams on customer-centric practices, analyze metrics, and plan iterative improvements.
  • Advocate for technical roadmaps, balance debt, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to broader product strategy and processes.

Requirements

  • Hybrid work in New York City office
  • 3+ years product development leadership and 7+ years as product manager in tech.
  • Experience leading cross-team initiatives, building 0-1 products, and scaling improvements.
  • Proficient in growth analytics, experimentation, metrics, and data-driven decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving, user empathy, coaching, and partnership with sales/marketing.
  • Background in technical products or computer science preferred; regulated domains like fintech/healthcare a plus.

Nice to have

  • SQL, product analytics (Amplitude, Heap), feature flagging.
  • AI tooling for daily use.
  • CRM/RevOps (Salesforce, Customer.io).
  • High-growth company or B2B SaaS experience.
