Head of Product Operations (AI)

Location: New York City, NY; hybrid schedule with in-office work on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Preference for NYC-based candidates or candidates open to relocation.

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 plus equity.

What you will do

• Build and lead the Product Operations organization as a strategic partner across the business.
• Hire and develop Product Operations Managers supporting Product, Engineering, Design, Go-to-Market, Customer Success, and Operations.
• Define the Product operating system, including planning processes, PRD standards, launch processes, product metrics, and customer feedback systems.
• Own the systems supporting product planning, execution, launches, and measurement as the company scales.
• Establish quality standards and review processes covering goals, requirements, success metrics, and launch plans.
• Drive AI adoption and improve product execution across activation, retention, customer satisfaction, and product velocity.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, or B2B SaaS product leadership.
• 3+ years of experience leading and managing teams, preferably in a high-growth startup or technology company.
• Experience building Product Operations teams and functions from an early stage through scale.
• Strong judgment in planning, prioritization, product development, launches, measurement, and cross-functional execution.
• Active AI fluency and experience integrating AI tools into daily operating workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage in strategic and technical discussions.
